Are the cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. Our cases are designed to work with standard Qi wireless charging, with no need to remove them from your phone.
What does "MagSafe compatible" mean?
"MagSafe-compatible" models feature an integrated magnetic ring that perfectly aligns the phone with magnetic chargers and accessories, providing a secure fit and a more stable charging experience.
Which phones do you make cases for?
We cover popular Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, and other models. The updated list can be found on the website; we are constantly adding new versions.
How durable are the covers?
Our protective series are internally tested for repeated drops from common heights (≈1–3 m). However, no case can guarantee 100% protection in every scenario.
How do I properly install the film?
Inside the box, you'll find an application kit and illustrated steps. For "edge-to-edge" screen protectors, we also include an alignment frame, so it turns out perfect on the first try.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay/Google Pay (where available), or cash on delivery.
What is the order code?
Upon completion, you will receive an email with a unique order code. This helps you check the status or request changes.
I haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your "Spam/Promotions" folders. If it's not there, it could be a mistyped address or an email delivery issue. Write to us with your name + order code + correct address at support@ro.caseystudiosstore.com and we will help you immediately.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not been processed. Send an email to support@ro.caseystudiosstore.com with the subject "Order cancellation", plus your name and order number.
I made a mistake with a product — can I remove it from my order?
If it hasn't entered processing, we will remove it for you. Write to support@ro.caseystudiosstore.com with your name, order code, and the product you wish to remove.
When will I receive the invoice?
The electronic invoice is issued and sent by email after the order is shipped (or within 48 hours of delivery).
Delivery & Tracking
Where do you deliver?
We ship to countries within the European Union. Available countries will appear in the checkout when selecting the address.
How is the package delivered?
By express courier, to the address of your choice. After pickup, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We periodically offer free shipping thresholds — check the banner on the website.
How long will it take?
Usually, 1–2 business days within Romania (excluding remote areas). During busy periods, the delivery time may be extended.
Can I change the address after placing the order?
Yes, as long as the package has not been handed over to the courier. Write to us quickly at support@ro.caseystudiosstore.com with the new address and order code.
The order is already with the courier — can I still make changes?
Once picked up, content changes are no longer possible. Occasionally, the courier accepts address redirections; we can help you request the update.
The parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If more than 5-7 business days have passed and the tracking isn't updating, please write to us with your order code at support@ro.caseystudiosstore.com; we will open an investigation and get back to you with a solution.
Returns & Warranty
I received a defective product or something is missing from the package.
We apologize! Immediately send an email to support@ro.caseystudiosstore.com with photos and your order number; we will prioritize the remediation (replacement/completion).
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product without explanation, provided it is in new (unused) condition. Initiate the return via email; we will provide you with the simple steps.
What is the warranty for cases and screen protectors?
All products have a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for consumers (EU). Manufacturing defects are repaired or the product is replaced.
The film peeled off or bubbles appeared during normal use. Can you help me?
Yes. Our films have dedicated support against adhesion problems. Write to us with photos and we will check the case.
Can I test the phone's case resistance myself by dropping the phone?
We do not recommend this. While we test cases in controlled scenarios, "at-home" experiments can damage the phone and are not covered.
Can the phone still break even with a case on?
Unfortunately, yes. A case reduces the risk but doesn't eliminate it entirely, especially in severe drops or on hard surfaces.
